Request data deletion.
You can ask us to delete personal information we hold about you. You do not need an Aiployee account to make a request.
Delete items in your workspace
Signed-in owners can delete a knowledge note from Knowledge or delete a conversation from its header. Settings provides a workspace export. To delete the account and remaining workspace information, follow the email process below.
1. Email our team
Send an email to hello@vague.so with the subject Aiployee data deletion request.
Tell us the email address you used to contact us, the name of the business involved if relevant, and what information you want deleted. For a connected WhatsApp service, include your number with country code and the business you contacted, so we can identify the relevant records.
Please do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents, or complete conversation exports unless we specifically agree a secure verification method with you.

We will acknowledge your request and may ask for proportionate information to confirm you are entitled to request deletion. If the information is controlled by a business using the service, we may need to direct you to that business or coordinate with it.
3. We confirm the outcome
We will delete eligible information and confirm the outcome by email within the time required by applicable law. If we must retain limited information for legal obligations, security, or resolving a dispute, we will explain the reason and relevant retention. Copies in backups may remain until their normal expiry and are not used for ordinary operations.
Disconnecting an integration
The private product workspace offers a Disconnect control on its WhatsApp page, which removes stored connection credentials and disables automatic replies. You can also remove Aiployee through the relevant Meta business settings to revoke access. Revoking access and deleting previously held information are separate actions; email us to request deletion as well.
Aiployee cannot delete messages or records held independently by WhatsApp, Meta, or the business you contacted. Requests for those records should also be directed to the relevant provider or business.
